“Breathing New Life in to Tired and Unloved Property”

“Breathing New Life in to Tired and Unloved Property”

Wiltshire based Paul and Jo have worked side by side for many years and make an awesome team. Property has always been something that they are both passionate about and have dedicated a lot of time and interest to. They own several rental properties, have completed full renovations and are land owners. Between them they have also set up and successfully run several businesses. Paul is currently the Director of a forward thinking garage called Griffin’s in Wiltshire – a business that goes back over 40 years. Jo is a Franchisor, heading up a team of Dog First Aid Franchisees. Paul and Jo decided to put their business knowledge to use in an area they were both obsessed with – property. Jo says, “I love taking disused buildings and making them into a home for someone to enjoy.”

In their spare time they are usually found on their rural smallholding with their 4 children, 2 rescue dogs, 2 horses, ex battery chickens and rescue cockerel (called Alan). Raising their children to have strong morals and a respect for animals and the countryside is very important to them. Paul and Jo are also passionate about animal welfare and have raised thousands of pounds through their businesses for non profit making organisations that help animals … this has included skydives and Jo even lay in a bath of baked beans for 4 hours!!

Personal development is always high on the agenda. Paul often says, “You can never know enough!”.  Paul and Jo both read and/or listen to a minimum of 2 books a month, have completed the Advanced Property Conversions & Title Splitting Course, achieved their Brad Sugars Entrepreneurs Masterclass Certificates and attended more property and project management workshops than we can possibly list here.  They are mentored by Joe and Jane Harling who are not only very experienced property investors and educators but also share Paul and Jo’s ethical approach to business.

Paul and Jo are looking forward to continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally whilst under their mentorship.
